Are your prices fixed or do you charge by the hour?
We use fixed project pricing. Every package is scoped to include specific deliverables for a set price. This means you know exactly what you're paying upfront — no hourly billing surprises.
What if my project is more complex than the packages describe?
We can build a custom package for your specific needs. Schedule a discovery call and we'll scope everything out with a detailed proposal and fixed price.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We typically split payments into three milestones: 50% at kickoff, 25% at design approval, and 25% at launch. Custom payment plans are available upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Invoices are sent via Stripe for secure online payment.
Is hosting included?
The Starter package includes 1 month of hosting, Growth includes 3 months, and Enterprise includes 6 months. After that, hosting is $25/mo or you can use your own hosting provider.
